Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
